Hire the will.
Train the skill.
Recruit for attitude, and train and build the competence — orientation, awareness, security, training for every new hire.
Consistent onboarding is hard to scale.
Most organisations onboard through a combination of documents, shared drives and the time of experienced colleagues. It works, but it is difficult to keep consistent. Material is updated in one place and not another. Delivery depends on who is available that week. Experienced staff are drawn away from their own work to explain the same processes repeatedly.
The effect compounds as you grow. Two people who join in the same month can come away with different understandings of the same policy. Security awareness, conduct standards and procedural training are covered, but unevenly — and completion is often recorded as an acknowledgement rather than as demonstrated understanding. When an auditor, client or regulator asks who was trained, on what version, and when, the evidence can be difficult to assemble.
There is also the question of the material itself. Onboarding content encodes how your organisation operates. Distributed as files, it is easily copied, forwarded or retained after someone leaves.
Build it once.
Deliver it consistently.
Knoole gives you a single place to define what every new colleague needs to know before they can work effectively — and before they can work safely.
Bring in your operating procedures, escalation paths, security standards and code of conduct. Structure them into a sequence, mark what is mandatory and what is role-specific, and publish. From that point, every person who joins receives the same curriculum, in the same order, to the same standard — whether you are hiring one person this quarter or a hundred.

Read. Learn. Get tested.
Completion tells you a module was opened. Assessment tells you it was understood. Every module in Knoole can conclude with a test, so that training records reflect demonstrated knowledge rather than attendance alone.
You set the pass mark and what follows if it is not met — a retake, further study. Results are reported by individual, team, module and question, making it straightforward to identify the parts of a policy that are commonly misunderstood. Records are exportable when evidence is required.
Your material.
Your control.
Onboarding material represents years of accumulated work, and in many cases it is commercially sensitive. Knoole is built so that it stays within your organisation.
Content is read within your own branded training portal rather than distributed as files, so it is not downloaded, copied or shared outside the platform. Access is granted to the individual when they join and withdrawn when they leave. Your material trains your people without becoming a document you no longer control.
Training that keeps pace.
Policies are revised, systems are replaced and security guidance is updated. A curriculum that serves only the first week loses its value quickly. Knoole is designed for continuous use — publish ahead of a migration, issue an updated policy with a pass rather than an acknowledgement, and schedule the refreshers your teams need.
New systems and technologies taught ahead of rollout
Policy updates issued with assessment, not acknowledgement
